1. Registration & Attendance

Registration is mandatory for all participants.
All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
Conference passes are non-transferable unless approved by the organizing committee.

2. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects Christian values—respect, humility, integrity, and compassion.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Attendees must respect fellow participants, speakers, volunteers, and venue staff.

3. Respect for Worship & Teaching Sessions

All worship, prayer, and teaching sessions must be attended in a respectful manner.
Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or inappropriate use of mobile devices is prohibited during sessions.

4. Media, Photos & Recordings

The organizers may capture photos, videos, or live recordings during the conference for ministry and promotional purposes.
By attending, participants consent to the use of their image in these materials.
Unauthorized recording or streaming of sessions may be restricted depending on speaker policies.

5. Personal Belongings & Safety

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
The organizers will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Please follow all venue safety protocols and instructions from the organizing team.

6. Health & Medical

Participants are responsible for managing their own health conditions and medications.
In case of medical emergencies, the organizing team will assist but is not liable for outcomes.
If the event requires physical activities (e.g., prayer walks, outdoor sessions), participants join at their own discretion.

7. Accommodation & Transportation

Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and transportation.
Any special arrangements provided by the organizers will be communicated clearly in advance.

8. Payments & Refunds

All registration fees (if applicable) are to be paid within the stated deadlines.
Refunds, if offered, will follow the organizers’ refund policy.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

9. Prohibited Items & Behavior

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of harmful or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Weapons or dangerous objects are not allowed.
Any participant found in violation may be dismissed from the conference without refund.

10. Liability

The organizers are not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage during the event, except in cases of proven negligence.
Participation is voluntary and at the attendee’s own risk.

11. Changes & Cancellation

The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the program, venue, schedule, or speakers if necessary.
In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly.

12. Agreement

By registering and attending the conference, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
