WE ARE SALT
A few years back one of my favorite cousins asked about my purpose in being on earth. I was filled with thousands of answers but I said “I am Salt” maybe because my youth leader talked about salt just an hour before that day, I loved talking to my cousin more about my purpose on earth so I began to share about my purpose to her… I share my purpose in being on earth is to be SALT, to be SALT-SEASONING that brings out the GOD’S FLAVOR on earth I am careful not to lose my SALTINESS because, through me, people need to taste GODLINESS.
I never want to be thrown away and end up being in the garbage. (Matthew 5:13) The salt adds flavor, it heals and it does the work of preservation & that’s exactly is my work. My cousin stood up from the chair and said ‘I actually need to buy one packet of salt because I remember the Salt in my kitchen finished this morning.’ Anyway, I hope she got me as the salt that called me to be. So here I am on earth to be SALT so are you. Not simply doing church on Sunday but doing the church seven days is must be salt, SALT-SEASONING. Leaving you all flavor of God. God’s blessings to all.
